    Hi,
I tried free version. I’d like it but having some problems.
    1-I can’t choose co-workes. I typed 3letters but no user shown.I can’t get data.
2- Email notification is working only for new comments. No notification for creating project, task, task list, file or milestone. I wonder how project team follows the steps .
    Thanks

  • Hello @iber,

Thanks for choosing WP Project Manager 🙂

    1. We have 3 different types of roles in a project. Manager, Co-Worker & Client. You can add your existing WordPress user into a project and select their role of the project.

    2. A user should be notified by email if he/she has been assigned to a project or a task or there is a new comment. If all of them are not works for you, then there might be something wrong happening on your site. In such cases, we suggest checking the SMTP email configuration of a site first.

    Thanks

    Hi Mehedi,

1-You mentioned a feature of plugin.
What My problem is ” Plugin doesn’t get user data even I typed first 3 letters on placeholder.” So I can’t add any user to project.

2- The problem is not about smtp. There would be no notification if my site has smtp problem. I get new comment notifications but I can’t get notification for new project, new milestone, new list. So website can able to send notification. No smtp problem. Plugin sends notification only for new comment but others.

Do I need to get premium version ?

    Thanks

    Hello @iber,

Surely you can go for the premium version if you need the extra features. But, the notification system should work in the free version as well.

In that case, I would request you to consider sending us an email using this contact form describing the details of your issue. We’ll check the issue on your site and fix them 🙂

    Cheers!
