Choosing a delivery day/date

Will you consider adding a more fine-grained choice for delivery schedules?

I’d like to be able to choose the day of the week that emails are scheduled for, and also have monthly deliveries based on the day of the month, or even schedules for “the first friday in a month” or similar.

Great GF Add-on – something that should be in the core functionality.
