    Thanks for the great plugin.

Is it possible to modify the brand in a multibrand account?

Is it also possible to modify the ticket form, if there is more than one?

    Hi @andesonpaixao,

    Apologies for the slow reply!

Unfortunately we do not have the Brands Pro addon, so I’m not familiar with how Brands work in Zendesk. Unfortunately this means we won’t be able to add those options to the plugin at the moment.

Regarding your second question, what kind of modifications would you like to make to the form? We may be able to help with that.

    Thanks,

    Phil

    Thanks for the feedback.

    I have three ticket forms.

    To illustrate:

    – Contact Form (Attendance)
    – Request for quotation (Commercial)

I would like to send messages to the specific form, to create automatic triggers. Can I get this plugin?

Thanks for sending the extra information. This is indeed possible with the plugin. We do the same thing with our site 🙂

To do this, you could set a “Hidden” custom field in the plugin. Then you can add that field to one of your forms. The hidden field could link to a Ticket Field in Zendesk, which could either be “Attendance” or “Commercial”, for example.

If the field is set as “Commercial”, this could trigger a rule at Zendesk so that the ticket appears within a specific view. Really it all comes down to the Triggers and Views you set in Zendesk.

Hopefully that helps, I know that this process is complex at first. I remember struggling with it when we first started with Zendesk a long time ago.

    Phil
