    do you have the option to use the authors name (if available) checked?

    I unchecked it, but no difference. This is the code in the template for retrieving the blogger’s own name, how can I get it to change to a name that I chose when I added the feeds?

    if(!empty($items["myAuthor"])){
     $readable .=  '<br><span style="font-style:italic; font-size:16px;">from <a '.$openWindow.' href='.$items["mylink"].' '.($noFollow==1 ? 'rel=nofollow':'').'">'.$items["myAuthor"].'</a></span>';  ///this is testing
    	}

    if you speaking about the line directly above the title, that is not in the template you chose, so I’m not sure how that is getting there.

    Sorry wrong template, here is the code: Blog name above the blog title. How do I proceed to make it stop retrieving the bloggers own name?

    $readable .=  '<br><span style="font-style:italic; font-size:16px;"> <a '.$openWindow.' href='.$items["mylink"].' '.($noFollow==1 ? 'rel=nofollow':'').'">'.$items["myAuthor"].'</a></span>';  ///this is testing

    $readable .= '<div class="title"><a '.$openWindow.' href='.$items["mylink"].' title="'.$items["mytitle"].'" '.($noFollow==1 ? 'rel=nofollow':'').'>'.$items["mytitle"].'</a>';

    I will just give you the whole template code since I don-t know which part is for the author:

    <?php
    	$readable='<div class="rssmi_wrap">';

    	// don't mess with this php code
    	foreach($myarray as $items) {

    	if ($pag!==1){
    		$total = $total +1;
    		if ($maxperPage>0 && $total>=$maxperPage) break;
    	}

    	$idnum=$idnum +1;
    	// END don't mess with this php code

    	$readable .= '<div class="wprssmi-cs-items">';
    //	$readable .= '<div class="title"><a '.$openWindow.' href='.$items["mylink"].' '.($noFollow==1 ? 'rel=nofollow':'').'>'.$items["mytitle"].'</a>';

    $readable .=  '<br><span style="font-style:italic; font-size:16px;"> <a '.$openWindow.' href='.$items["mylink"].' '.($noFollow==1 ? 'rel=nofollow':'').'">'.$items["myAuthor"].'</a></span>';  ///this is testing

    $readable .= '<div class="title"><a '.$openWindow.' href='.$items["mylink"].' title="'.$items["mytitle"].'" '.($noFollow==1 ? 'rel=nofollow':'').'>'.$items["mytitle"].'</a>';

    	if ($showmore==1 && $showDesc==1){

    		$readable .=  ' <a href="javascript:void(0)"><img src="'.$images_url.'/arrow_down.png"/  id="#'.$idnum.'" class="nav-toggle"></a></div>';

    	} else{

    		$readable .=  '</div>';
    	}

    if (!empty($items["mydesc"]) && $showDesc==1){

    	if ($showmore==1 && $showDesc==1){
    		$readable .=  '<div id="'.$idnum.'" style="display:none">';
    	}else{
    		$readable .=  '<div class="body">';
    	}

    $readable .=  showexcerpt($items["mydesc"],$descNum,$openWindow,$stripAll,$items["mylink"],$adjustImageSize,$float,$noFollow,$items["myimage"],$items["mycatid"],$stripSome);

    $readable .=  '</div>';

    }

    	$readable .= '<div class="wprssmi-cs-source">'.date_i18n("D, d M, Y H:i",$items["mystrdate"]).' <a '.$openWindow.' href='.$items["mylink"].' '.($noFollow==1 ? 'rel=nofollow':'').'"></a></div></div>';

    } // don't mess with this php code

    	$readable .='</div>';

    ?>

    comment out the testing line, like this

    //$readable .=  '<br><span style="font-style:italic; font-size:16px;"> <a '.$openWindow.' href='.$items["mylink"].' '.($noFollow==1 ? 'rel=nofollow':'').'">'.$items["myAuthor"].'</a></span>';  ///this is testing

    Yes that removed the blogger’s name. Thing is, I still want a name, but the name I myself assigned in the Feed settings menu. For instance, for “Feed URL 1” I put in Wiseman’s Wisdoms as “Feed Name 1”. How do I show this for above the posts? Is there a $item for that which I can add in the code instead of or complement the testing line?
