# childtheme import .dat file doesn’t work

    i wanted to switch to a child-theme and so I exported my customiser settings
   to a .dat file After switching to the childtheme the import function gives the
   next message
 * Sorry, your request cannot be accepted.
 * « Back / Dashboard
 * Could you please help me with this ?

 * 1. Update the PHP version if it is not PHP7.
    2. Disable/enable plugin one by
   one to check for a possible conflict.

 * Hello,
 * PHP was 7.2 already
    It was the IP geoblock plugin that prevented the import.
   Now it’s OK. Thanks for your quick reply.
