 * hi I want to create a child theme, I start form the very basic so how do I create
   a directory for it and where do I save it?

 * I am reading through this but I am lost in the first part where it says to create
   a directory for the child theme…is there anybody who can explain me this?

 * Please read the link I gave above. You will also need to learn how to use [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients)
   or whatever file management application your host provides.

 * I have already an ftp file management and kind of known how to use it….my query
   at the moment is about how to create a directory, the links says
    “Create a directory,
   put a properly formatted style.css file in it, and you have a child theme! At
   the moment I am stuck here….

 * me again….I created a directory called twenty-childtheme and then inside this
   I created another directory simply saved as style.css…
    now I am supposed to 
   include this: /* Theme Name: Twenty Ten Child Theme URI: http: //example.com/
   Description: Child theme for the Twenty Ten theme Author: Your name here Author
   URI: http: //example.com/about/ Template: twentyten Version: 0.1.0 */ how do 
   I do that? is this something to do outside wp?
