 * I got a theme I bought. I made a child theme. My style.css doesn’t seem loaded
   at all. I looked at my site source and it’s not referenced.
 * Is this normal?

 * yes, I’m trying to work out if
    1) it should reference the file and if so: 2)
   it’s a bug in the theme or in WP
 * so that I can ask them confident it’s their fault

 * Child themes work fine in WordPress, so the only possible causes for this are:
 * 1. an issue in the parent commercial theme
    2. an issue in your child theme.
