 * I am used to making a child theme to customize, but now it seems like the CSS
tab in the admin does this job for me. Which is better to use for just customizing
the css? The CSS tab code doesn’t seem to be affected when the theme is updated,
so I don’t understand the pros or cons of using the child theme instead.

 * There’s no CSS tab in WordPress by default. Perhaps this has been added by a
   plugin or theme?

 * I’ve see it when I upgrade to the 3.5.1 version of WP in the Appearance section
   of the admin

 * It’s still not part of WordPress core.
