Child Theme Issues

Hi Anders,

I’ve created a Child Theme for Hoffman so far everything work as expected but icons are missing everywhere, including sticky posts, social menu and author box.

Can you take a look at it?

Note: I’m using Hoffman v1.07

Unfortunately I can’t at this very moment ’cause I’m building on a local instal with XAMPP, as soon as I move to production site I will drop a link here. Thanks EGA

I’ve just installed version 1.09 (svn) and still the child theme is not rendering icons any where (sticky posts, social menu and author box).

Can you post the contents of your child theme’s style.css? If it’s too long, post it someplace like Pastebin instead.

I partially solved the problem placing a copy of genericons folder into my Hoffman-Child theme folder. Hope that can be worked out soon by the developer. Regards EGA

Note: I’m using version 1.09 (svn)

According to your last post, you fixed the icon issue. Are there any other issues with your child theme?
