Child theme @import works but functions.php enqueue doesn't.

    I am trying to figure this out. Obviously I want to use best practice by using the functions enqueue way but it doesn’t seem to work properly for the theme Illdy. It’s seems to almost work but looks like it is not pulling some style elements however if I use the @import way it works perfectly.
    Am I missing something?
