Child Theme – How to install and use for "Upgraded" version

    I bought the “upgrade” for the theme and I’d like to use a child theme. Would anyone mind helping me do 2 things:

    (1) create or find the child theme.

    (2) install the child theme.

    Please think me an idiot child when writing your instructions.
