Hello, so I created a child theme, which works great
I use a premium theme (FocusBlog from Thrive) so I have my personalized CSS on a section of WordPress that I don’t have to deal with.

Nevertheless, I have lost the first design settings I had made through WordPress:
Appearance > Personnalize, in the WYSIWYG interface

I guess there is a PHP file to copy-paste in the theme child file, but I haven’t found it.
I have tried theme-editor.php and customize.php, but it doesn’t work.

    Do you have any idea?
    Thank you!

  • For help with Premium themes, including child theme support, you’ll need to contact the theme developer.

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
