[resolved] Child theme customize settings not displaying custom header image (2 posts)

I updated my WordPress site to 3.4.2 TwentyEleven and have run into several modification hiccups. I discovered the problem was that I didn't create a child theme, I have one now and am trying to solve all of the domino effects.

My child theme is now activated and my sidebar is correct, however my header image is now not displaying (like it did before) and I can't find a way to make it display in the manage themes/customize. It displayed before, when I used the parent theme, but isn't now that the child theme is activated. There also isn't an option to not use one of the stock images, but use a custom one instead (like there was with the parent theme).

I uploaded the image to the http://reddoorreview.com/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/images/headers/ folder, but it's still not displaying. http://reddoorreview.com/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/images/headers/header.jpg

    Any suggestions?

Found it. The answer: go to Appearance>Themes>Header and upload the custom header image. Versus going to Appearance>Themes>Customize.
