  • Hello, I’m having trouble getting the child theme to show up my css is:

    Is your file structure correct – the child theme should be in the themes folder – on the same level as the parent theme.

    Yeah, even the parent theme shouldn’t be installed off the root. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you trying to install another, separate WordPress site off of sjulab.com, or are you trying to change the theme for sjulab.com itself?

    Secondly, why are you trying to create a child theme of Montezuma? Is there something you’re trying to do that you can’t accomplish through the virtual templates?

    Looks like you got the child theme working. Doing it for a class project?
