  • Technically, you can name a child theme whatever you’d like. The only thing that matters is the Template: line in your child theme’s style.css: it must contain the name of the folder that holds the parent theme, and capitalization matters.

    I figured it out. But the question was about the correct spelling of the Virtue Premium theme. could not tell if there were spaces between hyphen and text in name.

    A odd thing happened when I was creating the child theme. When I used virtue_premium-child , it would not accept it. So I changed to virtue_premium-child2 and it worked???
