Child Posts of Main Category Not Indexing

Hi everyone, I’m curious if I’m doing something wrong but here
is the issue.

My child posts of main categories aren’t getting indexed.

For example:

http://hassanajmal.com/network-marketing-articles/buying-mlm-leads-are-you-insane-2-little-known-secrets/

As you see, the main topic is “Network marketing Articles” but then as a child post I have ‘Buying MLM Leads? Are You Insane? 2 Little-Known Secrets”

That Child post doesn’t show up in Google when I search the exact name. Why?

I’m using an XML site generator and its showing that post as being posted.
