Child elements are not changing order

When I drag and drop parent elements, the order changes fine and everything works as suppose to, but when I add children to parent elements and then try to move children, the order is not changing on the front end. In the Dashboard, the order changes and stays for children, but on the front end it doesn’t move/change.
Does plugin not support order change of child elements and only works with parent elements?
