Also, my website is working properly if I remove any file from the child theme, I have done my site 99% and this issue I am facing now. One more thing is that The issue is still the same if I restore my previous backups that were in working condition.
You must also integrate the CSS file via functions.php. Here you can find a template for such a child theme: https://github.com/jonathanbossenger/twenty-twenty-one-child/blob/main/functions.php
If you are using a caching plugin, clear its cache or deactivate the plugin to see the live output in the frontend.
Thank you for your response Threadi,
Not fixed with this. Can you please check? Not an issue with CSS only, The website works properly if you remove any file like footer, header, function.php, and CSS. No changes reflect on live.

I cannot see any clear errors when accessing the website. All integrated files are loaded, including the style.css from the child theme. You may have solved the problem in the meantime. If not, please describe in more detail how to recognize the problem in the frontend.
I would guess that you are transferring the files to another FTP account. I would therefore recommend that you clarify this with your hoster.
Okay… Let me contact with server hosting provider. Thank you!
