Cherry Parallax image short code does not work

    Hello,
    I am using the Cherry Framework version 3.1.5.

    I just installed a fresh version of wordpress.

    I installed a theme and the demo content “theme53764”.

    The Cherry Parallax Image shortcode is not working on a page. It shows up as plain text. I made sure I was pasting it in the “text” view and not the “visual” view.

    The shortcode is supposed to render a picture, however it does not work. I confirmed that the content is in the right place.

    How can I fix this issue? Thanks!
