 * Indeed, I don’t see a phone field. However, we’d like to take a closer look at
   what’s causing the phone field to get hidden.
 * Thus, we’d really appreciate it if you shared with us a link to your site.
 * * If you’d rather not paste the site on the forums, feel free to share it through
   a medium you can delete from later on. For instance, some users share links to
   their site through a Google Docs file and delete the file once the thread is 
   resolved.
