    Good day everyone. Some of our customers encountering a checkout problem. However we cant replicate the issue, everytime we purchase a sample order it goes everything well from our side. Thanks in advance

  • If you have some customers which are cooperating, you need to ask them to record the issue with smartphone or screen video capture. Also turn on the debug mode and check logs for errors. You could as well try a service which provides recording of users’ behavior on your site, some offer free trials and/or limited free plans for that.

    Hi @jerrald,

    It would be much easier to help here if you’ve identified a common denominator among customers that are having issues.

    • Are they all from the same country, state, zip code?
    • Are they attempting to order the same product?
    • Are they attempting to pay with the same payment method? (assuming that you provide more than one)

    I’d also recommend taking @superkot’s advice regarding enabling debug mode for your payment methods and looking in the error logs after a failed transaction.

    If you provide your sites System Status Report, that would also provide a bit of insight. You can find it by going to “WooCommerce → Status” in your site’s WP-Admin.

    Click on “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it in at .txt file and upload that to Dropbox, Google Drive, or some other such service and then paste the link to that file here.

    Thank you so much for your kind response. I finally figured out the problem, it’s a client-side issue. I’ve done non stop test when ordering products. The customers of our Client always having a concern everytime they got the check out trouble even though it’s from their end – the customers are leaving their Cart with some pending items/products. So our Client is always over reacting and they always freak out so we put a detailed explanation for it.
