I am getting calls from customers that say when they click checkout with PayPal option, it just reloads the checkout screen. they never seem to get to PayPal. All feilds were correctly filled in. I don’t know how many customers this affects but I seem to be getting more and more people email me for support. I also have many customers ordering every day without any issues.
I have found in the past that disabling their firewall software worked but not for all and some didn’t have any virus software installed and some are at work and have no access to settings.
Has anyone else seen this issue? I am thinking its a local issue to the customer but even so, I am losing customers at checkout because of it so need a more stable solution.
