    Hi. When I use checkout pro from mercadopago, it applies the gift card to the order, but when it sends me to pay mercadopago if the value is greater than the gift car, it doesn’t apply. Hoy can i solve it?

    Hello:

    This also happened to us in our website. When the card doesn’t cover the full amount and clients needs to pay extra. Payment systems gateways Mercado Pago and many others, client is charged 100% and Gift Card is not taken into account.

    Hope you can solve this, since it’s a big mistake.

    Hello there,
    hope you are doing well! 🙂

    Unfortunately, from our side we can’t apply any fix to make it work with this payment method, in this case, it’s necessary to contact with the Mercado Pago plugin support, so they can check why the gift card amount is not deducted on their payment gateway.

    We also suggest using the gift card code as a coupon, to check if in this way the problem is solved.
