    Hello people!

Does anyone know how to add the credit card billing fields? Like: address, postal code and name? I have stripe on my website but it only shows the Credit card number, exp data and CCV, but not the postal code or anything else.

I had an older version of Stripe plugin that had a popup window and it asked for credit card details and even the billing address that was automatically submitted to Stripe and verified by Radar 2.0.

I need the Address and postal code forms to show in the checkout page so I can check if it matches with the registered details on the credit card and reduce frauds.

Thanks for all your help! =]

    Hi there @superclean

I have stripe on my website but it only shows the Credit card number, exp data and CCV, but not the postal code or anything else.

That is as expected, Stripe will take the details used in your Billing Fields on your Checkout page and these will be used with Stripe.com Radar.

I need the Address and postal code forms to show in the checkout page so I can check if it matches with the registered details on the credit card and reduce frauds.

If you’re not using the default WooCommerce checkout billing fields, which include all the fields you’re looking for, I’d recommend adding these fields back.

    Thanks,

    I didn’t know that!

I only sell digital goods so I had the billing fields disabled for the checkout 🙂

Thank you for your help! Saved me a lot of trouble =]

    Hey @superclean

You’re more than welcome! I appreciate that having the minimal amount of fields helps keep things clean but this can cause problems for payment gateways so best to keep the product as “Virtual” and keep the core billing fields there.

Happy to help out here and glad I could save you some hassle. I will mark this thread as Resolved for now, but please do open a new one if you need any more help!

    Thanks,
