    Hello,

I’ve encountered an issue in the payment section at checkout. Payment methods such as Klarna and Afterpay appear out of the frame area. Additionally, when selecting one of these options, the selected item moves out of view. Due to this issue, I had to roll back to the previous plugin version, 8.7.1.

Here are some screenshots showcasing the issue:

Additionally, please note that the selector for credit and debit cards is not properly rounded.

If you check my website now, the issue won’t be visible as I’ve reverted to version 8.7.1 for functionality.

I’d appreciate any comments, suggestions, or insights from others who may have encountered a similar issue. Please feel free to share your feedback here.

    Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Joanna.

  • Hello Joanna Gil,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand that after upgrading to WooPayments 8.8.0, you noticed issues with payment methods like Klarna and Afterpay appearing out of the frame and moving out of view when selected. You also mentioned the selector for credit and debit cards not being properly rounded.

Could you switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four to check if the issue persists?
This helps confirm if the theme’s CSS conflicts with WooPayments.

Lastly, please share your site’s System Status Report by pasting it into https://pastebin.com and sharing the link here.

Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

    Best regards.

Hello Zubair, thank you for your response.

I tried the twenty-twenty-five theme and updated the plugin. For this theme, there is not problem at all. Here is a screenshot https://snipboard.io/f7XDIH.jpg

I’m concerned because I don’t want to change my theme, this plugin was working perfectly before. Is there a way to make it work for my theme as it used to do before?

Please, give me an email or a source where I can send the status report securely. Thank You!

    Hello Joanna Gil,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand that the problem does not occur with the default theme.
This suggests your theme might be outdated or the theme author has not released an update.

It would be best to contact your theme’s developer and ask them to look into this issue and help you resolve it. They should be better equipped to find out what is wrong and provide you with a fix.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have more questions or concerns.
We are here to help 🙂

    Best regards.
