# Checkout Payment Error

 * I’ve been trying to resolve this issue all day. On my checkout page, the woocommerce
   payment methods are not working properly. The Paypal button opens a paypal window
   but instantly closes, and the credit card option/stripe doesn’t show any fields
   when selected. “Create_order_error” in console after clicking paypal.
 * I have a PayPal button on my cart page below proceed to checkout that works fine.
   I’ve tried Health Check and twentytwentytwo, problem persists.

 * I understand that the payment methods on your checkout page are not working properly.
 * I checked your page and this is what I see on my end at the checkout page:

 * Based on the error log you provided, this is related to the [WooCommerce Payments](https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-payments/?quid=25a8f0bdf2e97e01451139a0ac7d0ea3)
   plugin.
 * This could be due to a conflicting tool present on the site. You can read more

 * If this doesn’t resolve the problem, can you please share your **System Status
   Report**, that will help us further troubleshoot.
 * You can find it via `WooCommerce > Status`. Select **Get system report** and 
   then **Copy for support**. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your 
   reply here.
