Rather than leaving a 2 star review it would be helpful to open up a support ticket so we could resolve your issue. Have you turned off any other WooCommerce extensions you may have installed? We’ve found many times that other plugins are the problem.

Hey Tim – Have you tried installing your plugin on a fresh install on WP and WC? Those are the only 2 plugins I have activated. Checkout page just hangs. I’ve tried your plugin on 2 existing websites and 1 fresh install. Same problem across the board, checkout page just hangs.

Ah, so of course the plugin has been installed and tested, there was even a recent update that a ton of people needed and it is working for them as well. If you are running this on WordPress 5.4 we haven’t tested with the latest version yet. If you would have gone to the support forum and provided everything asked for here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/required-details-for-support-questions/ then we would have been more than happy to help figure this out. It’s a bit rude to not even seek assistance or work with us to report an issue and just give a poor rating/review.

Well, it’s not working on 5.4 – Don’t know what to tell you. Not sure why you are taking this so personally instead of just fixing the plugin to work with 5.4

@jakestpeter it’s not about taking it personally, it’s about you giving the plugin a 2 star review without ever starting with the support forum. If you paid for the plugin, and my time, then I could see it being justified, but you’ve basically rated this and the plug-in clearly states it has only been tested up to 5.3.2. I manage this plugin and all the support on my own time and I don’t get anything financial out of it. And people that are using this plugin are doing so to actually make money. That’s my problem. This plugin has a huge support requirement around international use and date/time handling which you’ve essentially disregarded without first reaching out in a kind and considerate way for support.

And also, you still didn’t provide me with the details I asked for other than I can assume right now you have only tested this on 5.4, but there is a lot more involved then just the WordPress version. Until you provide all the details asked for I can’t even begin to help.

@jakestpeter just for feedback I just tested our plugin on a fresh WordPress 5.4 and WooCommerce 4.0.1 and there are no issues with the checkout process. I suspect you have some issue with your hosting. You are welcome to open up a support request in the forums and provide all the required details for assistance.

Just to add to this, I had the same issue with the checkout not loading but either just saving the local pickup settings under “WooCommerce” > “Settings” > “General” or removing the date in the “Store Closing Days (use MM/DD/YYYY format)” local pickup settings field and then saving resolved the problem for me (sorry, i’m not sure which!).

It’s a goood simple plugin so wanted to post this so it gets support.
