Checkout Page tries to reload and shows “beforeunload” message

    Hi,

    we have following issue: Once the Plugin Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce (Version 2.1.3) is activated, we see following error on the checkout (shortly after a user has submitted his order):

    We’ve already tried to deactivate several plugins (Amazon Pay, WP-Rocket, PayPal, WP Cerber etc.) to narrow down the problem but the problem persists.

    Can you please help?

    It seems that it really has to do with the plugin itself. Once it’s deactivated, everything works fine. Once activated, the problem occurs on all other payment methods as well.

    Hi Andreas, yes I will try to make a clone to a dev enviroment so you can test. In the meantime, I found out that there are 3 ajax requests that probably trigger that strange behavior:

    wc-ajax=update_shipping_method
    wc-ajax=checkout
    /kasse

    Some script must force a refresh on /kasse which is the checkout page before finalizing the order.

    Hi Andreas, when I tried to make a clone of our current site for you to debug I accidentally found out that the bug only happens in combination with following plugin: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/
    We use it to integrate the google tag manager.
    Once I have deactivated it the problem is gone.

    So I will not send you a link to our store since we are now going to get rid of the plugin. But in case you guys want to reprodocue it or somebody needs that information. I think there is a conflict between those two plugins (GTM4WP and Klarna Checkout).
