It looks like the COD method was chosen in that screenshot as opposed to the PayPal option. Are you saying that the COD option works fine when PayPal for WooCommerce is not active?

    Yes, exactly.

So do all of the payment options do the same thing, or just COD? This isn’t something I’ve had other complaints about so I’d like to try to reproduce the issue on my server. If I can’t reproduce it I would need you to submit an order for premium support and then we could take a more direct look at your server config to figure out what might be causing that. It’s often the result of conflicting jQuery within another plugin you have installed or your theme.

We don’t have other payment methods for now. Only COD and PayPal Express.

The truth is that also two (2) other plugins create the same issue, the YITH Wishlist and WordPress SEO by Yoast and these two also create issue with mini cart. But mini cart is another story, that don’ t have to do with your plugin.

We have tried to deactivate these 2 plugins and place an order with your plugin enabled, but the javascript issue still remains.

I’m thinking it has to be some other plugin or maybe something in the theme. At this point it almost sounds more like a jQuery problem with the theme. What theme are you using?

I am running both the Wishlist plugin and the SEO by Yoast on my test server now and I am not able to reproduce this problem.

Are you familiar with Firebug? If you use that when submitting that form you should be able to see exactly what’s getting stuck.

    Hello @angeleye

we are using the GoodStore theme from Themeforest.

I just got Firebug and we will inspect the issue from there too.

If we still have a problem we will contact the theme authors and if the problem persists we will submit an order for premium support from you.

Thank you very much for the recommendations!

Ok, sounds good. I’m going to go ahead and mark this ticket as resolved here, but just let me know if anything else comes up. Thanks!

    Hi @angelleye,

It seems to be some conflict with WPML. Is there a possibility that your plugin has any conflict with new updates of WPML?

    Thanks.

I haven’t specifically tested that, so it’s possible. They actually reviewed my plugin, though, and provided he wpml-config.xml that is included with the plugin now. They told me it was compatible and everything was good to go with their plugin, but again, I haven’t specifically tested that myself.

If you disable WPML do the payment gateways work as expected?

WPML plugin, although it is the best multilingual plugin for wordpress, as you may know it is in development mode and it has many many issues. One of them is that if we disable it, we will lose our settings. So, we can’t test this that you suggest.

But the fact that it works in the default language, I think it proves that the issue is in the secondary languages and so this issue shows WPML as the main problem. This is my opinion.

    Do you agree?

I hate to push blame to another development team, especially when I haven’t specifically tested the issue myself. That said, it seems to be the only thing you mentioned I haven’t specifically tried to reproduce this, so it might be a safe bet.

One thing you could do is setup a separate subdomain or addon domain for your site to use as a sandbox/test server. You could copy the current site over, and then disable the WPML plugin there to see if that resolves the issue. That way you won’t lose any of that data on your live site.

Although, it is good try to test your plugin with WPML, the solution of our issue was in front of our eyes… 🙁

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT set from 40MB (default) to at least 64MB (we have set to 256MB).
    All fixed!

Many thanks for your support and quick replies, you are the man!
