    Kindly check below listed points

    1. Make sure you are using the correct configuration details, match from your paytm merchant dashboard.
    2. You are using the latest paytm plugin.
    3. Check by installing only woocommerce and paytm plugin on your localhost.

    If issue still persist then raise your concern to Paytm
