Checkout page not asking for Shipping Address-Please help!

    Hi there,

    I have 2 e-commerce sites using the Mystile theme and Woocommerce plugin.
    My problem is neither site is requesting a Shipping Address on the checkout page, only Billing. This is a big problem since many of my customers have different shipping/billing addresses.

    Under Woocommerce-Settings-Shipping, I have tried checking “Ship to billing address by default” and “Collect shipping address even when not required”. I tried checking both together and individually and none of these options will show the Shipping Address fields in the checkout page.

    Any advice would be very appreciated.
    I posted on the Woocommerce forum but I’ve gotten no response.
