Checkout page not asking for Shipping Address-Please help! (4 posts)

    Hi there,

    I have 2 e-commerce sites using the Mystile theme and Woocommerce plugin.
    My problem is neither site is requesting a Shipping Address on the checkout page, only Billing. This is a big problem since many of my customers have different shipping/billing addresses.

    Under Woocommerce-Settings-Shipping, I have tried checking "Ship to billing address by default" and "Collect shipping address even when not required". I tried checking both together and individually and none of these options will show the Shipping Address fields in the checkout page.

    Any advice would be very appreciated.
    I posted on the Woocommerce forum but I've gotten no response.

    Have you enabled shipping and shipping methods? http://cl.ly/image/2b2g051D2233

    I recommend you upgrade the theme as well as your version is a bit out of date.

    Same happened to me shipping address does not display - even after shipping is enabled and Billing only to the shipping address in Shipping settings. Shipping is enabled but still does not show on checkout while it exist in User accounts.
