  • I can see the huge tick marks in desktop as well as mobile.

    There’s a lot of trouble-shooting steps you could carry out, but firstly just try hiding them with some custom css:

    .wc-block-components-checkbox__mark {
    display: none;
    }

    This css goes at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

    The page seems to work fine with this css in place but best to check it yourself.

    Hi @janardhanjp ,

    Thanks for reaching out! I understand you’d like to remove the large tick icon from your checkout page. However, it seems like these icons might appear in several places, such as when applying a coupon code or during similar events.

    To help you better, could you share a screenshot of the specific tick icon you’d like to remove? If you don’t already have a screenshot tool, you can use Snipboard.io to quickly capture and share screenshots.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi @janardhanjp,

    Sorry about the issue you’re experiencing with your store.

    I was able to test your checkout page and could notice that the issue seems to also appear on desktop as well. Not to worry, as I’d be happy to assist you figure out where the problem is located.

    As a first step, could you temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four to see if the issue persists? This way, we’d be able to notice if the issue is theme related. You can make the tests from a staging site to avoid making changes to your live store. Here are steps to creating a staging site.

    Let us know how this goes.

    I have changed my website’s theme from Generatepress to Hello Elementor. Then the same problem continued in Mobile Checkout.

    In desktop large tick mark not visible.

    So the problem doesn’t pertain to Theme.

    Pl resolve the issue from your end.

    this is the screedn shot after I have shifted my theme to Hello Elementor. That means the Problem is not with Theme.

    Now I am reverting to my original theme Generatepress.

    Pl resolve the issue as early as possible from your end.

    Hi @janardhanjp,

    Please try switching to a default theme and not a third-party theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and let us know of your findings.

    Be sure to only have WooCommerce as the active plugin while testing.

    As I told you I cannot shift to another Theme. Because my Website consists of more then 100 pages. I cannot set them again to a new Theme. The tick mark problem is because of some coding faults in Woocommerce, I think so. PL set it right at your end.

    Hi @janardhanjp

    Thanks for reaching out! I see you’re noticing a large checkmark on the mobile view of your checkout page. When I tested it on my mobile device, I didn’t see the issue, as shown on my screenshot here and here.

    However, I did notice a lot of ads, so it’s possible that one of the ads showing on your mobile device is causing this. This would also explain why it doesn’t appear on a PC or laptop, as ads can vary depending on the device you’re using and your browsing history.

    Just to be sure, could you send us a screen capture of what you saw to check further? You can use snipboard.io to take a screenshot, then paste the link here.

    (@janardhanjp)

    yes. You can’t see the large tick mark now. Because it is overshadowed by Checkout page of Plugin CheckoutWC. If I disable the CheckoutWC plugin the large tick marks appear.

    I want to dispense with the CheckoutWC plugin if the large tick marks disappear. Because the CheckoutWC plugin is conflicting with my website theme.

    so pl rectify the defect in your woocommerce checkout Page.

    Hi @janardhanjp ,

    I understand that you don’t wish to change your theme, but as part of the investigation process, it’s important to determine whether WooCommerce or your theme is causing the issue with the tick marks. Since the CheckoutWC plugin has temporarily resolved the problem, we’re unable to reproduce it on your live site.

    If you prefer not to change the theme on your live site, you can create a staging site using this plugin: WP Staging. This allows you to test without affecting your live website.

    On the staging site, try switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists. If the issue remains after changing the theme, please share the link to your staging site with us. This will help us inspect the issue further and pinpoint its source.

    Let me know how it goes—we’re here to help!
