Hi oshaga,
shortcode is only for normal checkout
“I don’t want the prices showing at all. I simply want a request quote form at my check-out page.”
Try this:
1- go to woo-rfq setting and make checkout option to be normal
2- “select rfq page” then pick the page you created . in your case “Quote”.
if you choose RFQ then you don’t need the shortcode or the page. your checkout only accepts request for quote and none of the prices show.
Step 2 above is optional really. you just need to change your checkout mode to “normal”

Thanks gplsaver. I have so stressed myself over this. I have it set now.
However, the “Submit your request for Quote” button is dormant. When you click it nothing happens.

One more thing – How do I include these fields: name, email, address and phone number?
that shows up for anon users. logged in users is pulled in automatically

And if I don’t have a log-in page, how do I make it always show up?
Visitors without an account see the extra fields.
people with an account and logged in do not
