   when I enable Shopify Store Checkout Page. after i see my checkout page
   is showing perfect but my header and footer is not showing i want my header and
   footer with Shopify Style CheckoutThank You

 * I’m sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve experienced.
 * If we include the header and footer in the Shopify-like checkout, the layout 
   becomes mismatched with the Shopify style checkout layout.
 * That’s why it’s not possible to show the header and footer in the Shopify-like
   checkout.
 * We will try to add an option to control the header and footer in the Shopify-
   like checkout page in the future.

   Thank You For responsenow any option for temporary show my
   header and footer with function code and showing Shopify-like checkout.and if
   possible on checkout page right side part when scroll they stickyThank You.

 * Unfortunately, there is currently no option to display the header, footer, and
   sticky part.
 * We will try to add a filter or action hook in a future release.
