Checkout Page Form Not Loading Correctly

It looks like you are not using an SSL certificate on your site.

Since customers enter their credit card information directly on the checkout page, the page needs to be secured with an SSL certificate. If you need help setting up an SSL certificate for your site, you can contact your hosting company and they will be able to help with that. Most reputable hosting companies will provide SSL certificates by default, though some do not.

Test if any of your third-party plugins are causing the issue. This can be done by temporarily disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Stripe. Since that will impact the look and functionality of your site, I recommend doing this test on a staging site.

If you don’t already have a staging site set up, check with your hosting company as many offer this as part of their packages. Otherwise, you can use a free plugin such as WP Staging to set one up.
