It looks like checkout is still stalling on your site. Given that the product is not a physical product, you are still asking for shipping details. Have a look at the documentation for virtual products to avoid asking for shipping details when these are not needed: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-products/#section-5
Regarding the stalling checkout, can you disable any payment plugins you might be using and check if this solves the problem? In this case you know which plugin author to contact.
