Checkout not going to Paypal Gateway. (2 posts)

    I did this:
    Update WordPress to 3.8.2 and then updated WP e-Commerce to

    I expected WP e-Commerce to do this:
    Work as intended after update.

    Instead it did this:
    When going to the checkout and submitting all information needed the form doesn't go the paypal gateway to finish transaction. This has been a problem since the update to the paypal gateway.

    The past few months this plugin has been giving us problems, such as adding extra items to the customers cart when they didn't choose the item in the first place and then charging them for said item even when the checkout page states it's not charged.

    Any way to get this fixed?

    This usually means that there is an error during the checkout process which is meant to be displayed - but isn't for some reason. You need to get in to the gateway code and add some debugging messages (using error_log() is easiest if you have access to the server logs) to see what's going on.
