    Hi,

Since updating the plugin, when attempting to checkout I’m being presented with an error message, this reads as follows…

Secure Connection Failed. The connection to checkout.spreadshirt.en was interrupted while the page was loading.

I’m not sure if it has any relevance, but I’m in the UK and I’ve got the following locality settings in my plugin chosen…

    Country: United Kingdom
    Shop source: Europe

    No worries Thimo!

I was just making sure I’d not missed something at this end basically.

    Many thanks!

I don’t know if it helps in any way, but the URL it’s trying to get to looks incorrect. I’m not sure a “.en” suffix exists? (The URL when you go to checkout on the UK Spreadhsirt site is checkout.spreadshirt.co.uk)

right, wanted to do it yesterday, but missed 😉 the new checkout raised some other problems, but fix is on the run 🙂

the fix is online, could you please delete and download spreadplugin again? there is no new version number, so you’ll need to take that step, if it’s ok for you.

I removed the plugin using the WP uninstaller, and then reinstalled it.

I’m still seeing the same issue as above?

please try again and clear session cookies after reinstalling it (maybe you received the non-updated cached installer file).

    Hi Thimo,

Tried that too, again just now. Still experiencing the same issue. When I reinstall the plugin and then visit it’s settings page in the WP Backend, all of the fields are still populated with the data that used to be there.

Do you think that the above is related in any way?

    Hi,

the prefilled data is ok. Please use this link and do a manual install https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-spreadplugin.latest-stable.zip
and clear your browser cookies, because the basket/checkout url is stored in a session cookie.

    Best

    Hi Thimo,

I’ve tried this (manual install) and I’m still having the same issue. Well, it’s slightly different, the error message is now stating “Server not found. Firefox can’t find the server at checkout.spreadshirt.en“.

This is also using a different computer, having cleared my cache, cookies and history (etc) on both computers when making these amends.

Is there anything else that could be amiss at all??

    Error Now…
