“Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty” came when I was testing

Hi, I wanted to do test shopping to see what user would see. I have Woocommerce and Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce. It says “Your Stripe account has been connected. You can now accept Live and Test payments. You can Re-Connect if you want to recycle your API keys for security.” and connection test was done without any problem. I also filled Test Webhook Secret. API mode is Test
These are what I did
1. I enabled “Stripe Credit Cards”, “Stripe Payment Request”, and “Stripe ACH” (actually I don’t know what they are)
2. I visited below my site and add product to cart

3. I made a payment with fake credit card number.
4. “Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty” was shown so I could not see check-out page
5. I can see the order which says “processing” in Woocommerce tab, but nothing on Stripe dashboard.What do I do wrong?

I ran into the same issue, however I was not testing anything, no changes were made to the site or the payment system (Authorize.net).
The message, “Checkout is not available whilst your cart is empty” began displaying twice above the home page content on all browsers, mobile, etc.
I ended up clearing the cache (WP Fastest Cache) and the messages stopped displaying.
I would like to understand why they began showing up when nothing was changed on the site. Welcome any feedback and/or advice.
