 * I keep getting the error “Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination
   and/or weight. Please double check your destination details. “
 * I’ve configured weights and shipping for all products, but it won’t let me select
   any other state except for my home state.

 * The message normally means mis-configured shipping.
 * Can you give us more details on exactly what shipping you’ve configured?
 * The state issue might be because you haven’t set Target Markets either store-
   wide or against your categories.
