I’m trying translate in italian language!
Hi @deny21 👋🏽,
Thanks for reaching back to us!
I have recently submitted a bug report to the plugin developers about this issue with the cart and checkout blocks. The issue report is published on an open repository so you can subscribe to it here to get updates.
As a workaround, you can use the free Say What plugin to translate these strings.
- Install and activate the Say What plugin
- Create a rule like the one below. You will want to include the word that you want to replace in the
Original string
field. The word that you want to use in the Replacement string
and woo-gutenberg-products-block
as the Text domain
This is how it looks like in the backend for a Spanish translation, you would use città
there instead of ciudad
.

I hope this helps and keep us posted if you need any further help!
Cheers
Ciao @deny21 👋🏽
Thanks for your patience while we worked on this.
I’m happy to say that the issue we’ve been discussing on this thread is already getting a review for the fix. This means that the code that is supposed to solve the problems is – hopefully – ready, and it’s in the testing and reviewing stage before being merged to the next release of WooCommerce Blocks
I’ll leave this thread open for now, just so we can give you a final confirmation once the fix has been released.
In the meantime, if there’s anything else, make sure to let us know.
Cheers
Hi there @deny21 👋🏽
Thanks for your patience while we worked on this.
I’m happy to let you know that our devs have just published a new WooCommerce Blocks release (5.3.0) that addresses the issue that we’ve been discussing on this thread.
At this point, I would like to ask you to install that new version on your site and see if the issue gets fixed.
Please keep up posted and thanks for your feedback and patience.
Cheers!
