checkout error after change the DNS (4 posts)

    I am developing an ecommerce site using the wp-ecommerce plugin.
    Evrything was working charm till I assigned an elastic IP from amazon cloud computing. While I assigned the IP, the public dns changed and lots of problems start showing. Right now I am having troubles trying to make the ecommerce pluging to work propertly. I don't undersstand why, but the check out keep try to access to the old DNS. I am trying to figure out where can I set up the new DNS, but I do not find it. Any help, tipp will be highly appreciate!!

    When you change? You must wait for changing the providers their data. I thing...

    My last change i see the site after 2 hours

    I have checked your domain A record but I see no problem with it (www CNAME record is also fine). I would assume you just need to wait it out. Normally it could take 1-2 days, but sometimes improperly configured DNS caches will only refresh after a week or so.

    Thanks guys

    I am bit afraid, because i changed the DNS LAST FRIDAY, and still without working...I will wait for a couple more days..and see if works. My main concern is that when u install the plugin it does save ur dns in the database, does someone else know about these?? what i don't get is why keep going to the last dns after press the purchase button in the check out page??
