    I’m getting the message in the check out page. Currently running in sandbox and using web payments pro – Location UK

    10548-This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions.

    All api’s look to be correct. Copied and pasted from Paypal Sandbox setting. I’m no expert though 🙁

    Hi There,

    The error simply means that your Account is not upgraded to Payments pro, Please talk to your Paypal merchant support to resolve the issue.
