• I setup latest version of cartflows, with latest version of elementor pro, and woocommerce, and woocommerce stripe gateway plugin. All latest versions, on latest version of wordpress. Spent a good amount of time creating a sales funnel, only to see that the stripe doesn’t work on check out in the funnel. Normal woocommerce works fine. I tried 3 different stripe gateway plugins same issue. Can’t type card details in. I would love to have support on this if possible. If not, then oh well.

I don’t see a support request in the support form here. We also have a help desk, but I don’t see a request there from you.

Usually an issue like this can be caused by a caching plugin or performance plugin because these types of plugins fundamentally alter how your website works.

The reason you would not see the problem when switching to the default WooCommerce checkout is because these caching and performance plugins have inbuilt exclusions for the default checkout location.

If this is the cause, and it’s hard to tell without a link to the checkout page you created, you would simply add an exclusion in those plugins. You can see if his is the cause right away by temporarily disabling them.

There are lots of ways to reach us if you have a question or need some help. CartFlows is by far the most used WooCommerce checkout form replacement for a reason. It works!

Thanks for your reply. I forgot to mention, I already included an exclusion for the page. I wasn’t able to find how to reach you, too many late nights, not enough coffee. Apologies. The site is offline atm in a local sandbox.

We have support here like all WordPress plugins do. We have support on our website. We have support in our Facebook group which is linked in the plugin description. It’s not hard to reach us 😀.

Would have been nice if you gave us a chance to help see why this is happening with your setup before writing a 1-star review. Our checkout works great, we offer an extensive list of free capabilities, and even free support. And because of that, hundreds of thousands of websites are powered by CartFlows.
