  • I have a problem at checkout on my website

    Basically once one has filled all the required billing and shipping fields and pressed on “make a purchase” this message appears and stops the whole process: “You must select a shipping method, otherwise we cannot process your order.”
    There is no option where one can select a shipping method meaning no one can make a purchase.

    I haven’t found the solution.

    In my setting the shipping is set to flat rate.

    Do you know how I can solve this problem?

    First, identify what ecommerce plugin you are using and then post in that plugin’s dedicated forum via its page in the Plugin Repository.
