  • Since the Woocommerce 3 update this morning, I have lost the checkout button on the “Final Review” page, so customers are unable to pay.

    Can you help me please?

    We do not yet have our plugin fully updated for WC 3.0 compatibility. We’re working on the 1.4.0 update of our plugin now, and its release will include full compatibility of 3.0.

    We got caught a bit off guard as our own 1.4.0 is a very large update already, and then WC 3.0 is a big update, too, which has caused us to make a bunch of additional adjustments. Shouldn’t be much longer, but for now you’ll have to revert back to WC 2.6.14.

    Or the other option would be to use PayPal Standard until you see our 1.4.0 update becomes available. Then you could turn all our stuff back on at that time.

    Thanks for your reply – is this problem definitely going to be fixed as part of your next update?

    (I’ve temporarily got round it by disabling the “Final Review” page.)

    Yes, this will definitely be fixed in the update. We were actually just about to release it, but then we saw this update was coming and started working to prepare for it, but we’re just a little behind them on the release. We’ll get it done ASAP!

    I have two websites using the same plugins for woocommerce including your plugin one works and the other one doesn’t. They also have the same child theme.

    Would you like to access them to see why one works and the other one doesn’t? This may help you with your up date.

    If by that you mean posting your URLs so the author can see your sites, by all means, go ahead. If, however, you mean giving the author administrative access to your site, please do not post any logon information in these forums. Thanks.

    @durendaw, I need more details than “it’s not working”. Are you getting any specific errors? Do you have logging enabled so we can review the log files? Are you able to reproduce the problem so you could provide screenshots or even a video demo?

    It would be best to submit a ticket here and provide as much of that detail as you can. Then if we do need to get into the admin of your site you’ll be able to share those credentials through our direct ticket privately.
