Checkout Button Don’t Work on Mobile or if screen is Iphone or to Small

When a customer tries to checkout using an Iphone “or if I test in chrome emulator” the checkout buttons don’t respond.
When I switch to desktop the buttons work perfectly.
When I change the size in chrome to 100% the buttons work perfectly.There seem to be some issue with the buttons activating on certain mobile devices with small screens.

Apologies for the delay here. I tried testing checkout on an iPhone 8 simulator from Browserstack.com but was unable to replicate the button behavior not working. Here I was able to click the button at checkout and was redirected to the PayPal login:
