    Hi!

    I noticed that our enhanced ecommerce checkout behavior report is not working. The steps are get no data, only the total nr of transactions show. Under admin – view – e-commerce settings – funnel steps I have written: cart, checkout and order complete.

    How do I go about fixing this? 🙂

    Hi @isabella92

    There multiple GA+STM scripts are present on the checkout and hence, creating a conflict there. If you check it out on google tag assistant you will find 2 errors as well.

    Rectify this in order for our plugin to work correctly.

    Hey @alonso2019

    It seems you have implemented klarna checkout and our free plugin in not supported with it. Hence, the checkout page is not captured and sent to GA.

    Oh my god, so sorry for the late reply. I thought I had already answered this, my mistake.

    So I checked our checkout page with both Google Tag Assistant and GTM Preview mode. Unfortunately I could not see any errors. I can just see that I have one Google Analytics tag and one Google Tag Manager. I don’t use Google Tag Assistant that often so maybe I am doing something wrong.

    We have Svea Checkout for Woocommerce. Maybe that is affecting us?

    Yes, Svea Checkout plugin is causing the above issue. Hence our free plugin will not work.
