• Hi,

    I hope this is the right section for this post. I have an online shop running on wpec and have had no problems with the shipping when I get a customer gets to the checkout page until recently. All of a sudden I have customers emailing me saying they are getting this message:

    “Sorry, online ordering is unavailable to this destination and/or weight. Please double check your destination details.”

    Nothing has changed with any of my products and they all have weights and dimesions configured.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • As far as I know WPEC is a paid plugin, correct?

    If that is the case you’d better check with the developer of the plugin.
